Imagination has created many principalities and monarchies that have never been seen or known to have any real existence, for how we live is so different from how we ought to live,for he who studies what ought to be done rather than what is done,will learn the way to his downfall rather than his preservation.
A man striving in every way to be good,will meet his ruin among the great number who are not good.
Hence,it is necessary for one who wishes to stay in power,to learn how not to be good and use his knowledge or refrain from using it as he may need.
